Toro Rosso with Sebastien Bourdais & Sebastian Vettel

Honda with Jenson Button & Rubens Barrichello

Super Aguri with Takuma Sato & Anthony Davidson

Force India with Adrian Sutil & Giancarlo Fisichella

McLaren with Lewis Hamilton & Heikki Kovalainen

One new team… Force India…with a Ferrari engine… let’s see what it does! 🙂

Three drivers might need introduction…

The Brazilian Nelsinho Piquet or as some call him Nelson Piquet Junior. He is the son of the great former F1 driver Nelson Piquet! Now he will be driving next to Alonso in Renault… All I’m hoping for is for him to be better than Alonso so I could see Alonso angry and upset again! 😛 I know it’s kind of evil but I can’t help disliking Alonso! 😛 any way I do hope he would do a great job and give even a better name to his dad’s! 😀

Timo Glock the German driver! He drove 2 races for Jordan-Ford in 2004… he got out with his first ever 2 points on F1 racing, but didn’t continue the year after till now… hopefully he got better training and is here to give us a good race!

French guy Sebastien Bourdais is the last one… he is totally new for me… I read some stuff about him and did find out he has been driving for Formula 3000, F3, Champ Car World Series, Grand Prix of Endurance, and few more… Seems as good driver… Hope he just adds action to the race! 🙂

  1. Nice overview – thanks.

Wouldn’t it be great to see Alonso outgunned by yet another rookie? If Piquet is anything like his father, Alonso will find his mindgames useless, and may even have the tables turned on him. Alonso has shown himself up to be weak and unable to cope with serious pressure. As the saying goes, “if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen” which is exactly what Alonso did. Naturally he blames everyone else for his inability to perform, but it will be nice to see him this year struggling to get into Q1.

I just wonder how many Blue Flags he will be receiving for slowing the McLarens down this year…
