BOOB JOB & TUMMY TUCK…

I went today to Dr. Philippos Phlippou! He is a plastic surgeon! I asked about fixing my breasts and my tummy!

After having my daughter in 1999, my breast grow 2,5 sizes then after 2-5 years I lost 1,5 size from that leaving so much empty skin! As the doctor explained, if we take the skin off; then we will have a big scar under my breast in the shape of ┴, but if we fill up the empty skin which in that case will add back the 1,5 I lost from them then I’ll be having a really small scar that will be unnoticeable in less than a year! As I like sunbathing topless and I did topless modeling for body paint then the thought of a smaller scar is better! The problem is; I don’t like big breasts! As the doctor filled my bra with the size of the breast I’ll have (take a bit or add a bit), I did notice it was so big!

About the tummy tuck well I don’t have real fat but all loose skin again! I already have a scar from the cesarean that had having my daughter! He said it’ll be lower but it’ll be bit wider, but it’s so low that it’ll be covered, (unless I decide to walk naked)! 😛

Both operations together will cost me £3000 = €5125, which I think is not bad at all! That includes the 2nights and everything else but the blood tests that come before the operation is done!

So I think I’ll have my brain occupied for a while with the new look that I might decide to get!

  1. Good Luck Nora 🙂 I hope all this operation thing goes well… As I am not into the medical terms of these things… I just hope all goes smoothly 🙂

  2. aww,, I always wondered how much these operations costed, becoz I see so much abt them on reality tv shows. It seemed that the middle class could easily get these operations done. Now that u mention the expenses, it’s not much in exchange for u to feel more confortable in ur body. Good Luck!

  3. Slow down woman! Blood tests already done? Not that think that you will listen to me but hey! You’re the one who asked for my opinion so here it goes…
For the breast implants I say go for it, make sure that the scar is around the nipples, you will still notice them a year later, your husband as well. Forget about sunbathing 1. it is too bad for your skin, 2. it provokes skin cancer especially with scars, 3. Wrinkles and skin stains, 4. the scar will stay as clear as it is which means that it will show more. As for the implants themselves make sure that the surgeon shows you different kinds and shapes, they don’t have the same price not the same quality of course, but you should have the choice. Do not wear high hells for the about 6 months! Make sure you clean up the scar the right way!
As I said, the tummy tuck is one of the most dangerous ones, could be fatal, knowing that you have a kid that should be reconsidered. What ever you decide to do “DO NOT GET BOTH SURGERIES DONE AT THE SAME TIME”. Your body need a lot of energy to heal and you are talking about two big ones actually three! Get a second opinion for the scar because since you had cesarean I am pretty sure that he can open the same place but then again I I need to see your scar! Post your tummy picture 😛 Or send it to my e-mail. We can chat on MSN if you have more questions.

  5. Why go through all this pain when you could always workout? You could get your body toned, when you follow a healthy diet and a GOOD WORKOUT!

The procedures might sound simple but the “Recovering” phase is pretty UGLY.

I know someone who underwent couple of surgaries, and she said she went through HELL in the healing process!

Wish you the best of luck, whatever your choice is 🙂

  6. AMU; Thanks dear!

SIS4YOU; Nice to see you here! 😉 Thanks! I did think they were a lot more expensive, but they do say Cyprus is one of the cheapest in Europe! 🙂

BIE; slow down girl! 🙂 I didn’t make any decisions yet nor any blood tests! I simply asked about the price if you think it’s expensive or cheap! I will make both at the same time that’s for sure as my dr. explained it’s totally safe! But I will still see other plastic surgeons as I don’t know any and it was my dr. that gave me their numbers! Thanks darling for the worries and advices! 😉

ESHDA3WA; I know BIE did put a lot out there! She’s an angel!! That’s why I love her! I did ask about if I was to have another kid, as we are planning one but not anytime soon! my dr. and the plastic surgeon explained the tummy tuck might need to be done again, but it’s in less than 50% of the cases, so if I was not planning to have the kid in the next year or so, then I should go a head and do it, but if it was planned to be soon, then I should wait!

DYNAMIC DEEDS; I am a gymoholic girl! No sport can make extra hanging skin disappear! And no diet will help either! I have to say the more fat you and in less shape you are the hanging skin shows less!!! But girl; I will never be fat to hide my extra skin! 😉
